Got the car today. Did 4 loads of laundry, went to the park, fresh & easy to get some veggies and Staples for Vincent's stuff...
Stella was crying in the car quite a bit...
The park wasn't as nice as when Vincent is around. Practiced some Poi. Got down some new moves.. Yay!
Made Spinach and artichoke salad for dinner for Vincent. For tomorrow's lunch, made quinoa, kale& hijiki salad, and marinated portabello mushroom.
So happy Stella's head is back to normal. Cradle cap is so not cute. Thanks to baby lotion. I was using olive oil and tea tree oil and i didn't work for 2 weeks so i tried the baby lotion and it came right off. It gave me an 'ooh' feeling peeling it off. I'm one of those people who loves picking scab...hehheh...

- I'm half Thai and half Persian. I was brought up in Bangkok, Thailand. I Love traveling and cooking for my husband and friends. I started traveling with my parents to Iran when i was 1 month old. Later on i go on trips (mostly spiritual trips) with my grand parents throughout Thailand. After college i started going traveling on my own, started in Asia. I lived on an island in the south of Thailand teaching yoga for almost a year, lived and study spa management in Singapore, worked in NewYork as a yoga and Pilates instructor for a year. I just got married to a spiritual like minded and very sweet man from New York. A mama to an amazing little angel, Stella Ynes. We did an unassisted home birth, meaning there was no help from the doctors or midwife. Yes, for real.
